Of course you should know by now, during the majority of March and some of April, we had a Kickstarter running for Lighter than Heir volume 1. The print edition will include revised art and it'll be in FULL color! 

We successfully funded and will be producing a book. 

So for the last few weeks, we've been working on revisions and coloring, on top of freelance, and regularly updating the comic. I usually manage pretty well with a large workload, so I was confident I could do just fine. But it's obvious I'm having trouble balancing everything.

Then Saturday the 12th, while I was working at my desk, I started having pains that radiated from the right side of my head down to my left toes. I panicked, thinking it was a blood clot or some kind of stroke. I never felt that kind of pain before, it was excruciating. After a chat with the nurse, we hightailed it to the Emergency Room. Turns out all of my pains were all caused by stress and very little sleep. The doctor advised me to take it easy on my body. It's probably a good idea.

So TL;DR: after today, Lighter than Heir will temporarily update every Monday and Friday until the book revisions are completed! I've been having a lot of trouble meeting the deadlines and I HATE it! Hate hate hate. I hate being late, I hate uploading just line art, but I refuse to put the comic on hiatus. I think this is the best solution for my health and the quality of the comic. 

The goal is to have the book completed no later than July, so like I said, only temporary. I'm sorry it had to come to this, but really, what's the point of making this book great if I'm dead?
